I’m glad you’re here. Let’s practice together.
Struggling with anxiety, stress, and negative body image, I was relieved to find peace and clarity in the practice. Over the years, yoga, mindfulness and breathwork have been critical tools to navigate life’s most challenging moments like losing my father and giving birth to my son, Finley. It’s also been where I’m able to find so much joy and peace in my body.
My classes are equal parts alignment-focused and playful. Expect a nurturing, meditative practice that will challenge you and feel good. I love a strong, balanced sequence and a soulful playlist so good it makes you want to break out in song.
I’ve taught yoga for nearly 15 years in Chicago and San Francisco, and am CYT-500 and prenatal certified. I’ve had the privelage of studying with Annie Carpenter, Jane Austin, Diana Oppenheim and Amber Cook. In my spare time, I like to bike, garden, experiment in the kitchen, and spend time with my family.
