Chest-Opening Flow - 60 minutes
Intermediate | Props: block, strap
A sweet, strong flow focused on broadening the chest and finding freedom in the spine. We start with true vinyasa syncing breath to movement, build stability with warrior and balancing poses, and end with slow, deep hip openers and twists. Complete with epic Bodhi zoom-bomb!
All levels | Props: 2 blocks, blanket, bolster or pillow
Specifically designed for expecting mamas in mind, this class will help you get out of your head and into your body. We’ll start with an opening meditation, practice intuitive movement, focus on strengthening and opening the hips and thighs, and wind down with a nice long savasana. This class is perfect for mamas at any point in their pregnancy.

This cozy class is the perfect little break during this hectic time of year. Equal parts warming and restorative, this 60 minute class will start off strong with some standing poses, wind down with yummy twists and hip openers, and finish with legs-up-the-wall.
Well-Rounded Vinyasa - 60 minutes
All levels | Props: block
This class is great if it's your first time or your 100th time to the mat. We'll explore foundational poses with strength and ease. Expect to sweat and get your daily dose of meditation, all in an hour.
Gentle Chair Hatha - 45 minutes
All levels | Props: chair
This class was inspired by my Aunt Linda who said, "I really love the class you sent me, but if I lie down on the ground, who will help me up?!" Enjoy a super accessible class, while using a versatile prop everyone owns, a chair!
